Your booth space will be 12 x 12. We will not provide tables, chairs, or tents. That will be your responsibility. If you want more than one 12 x 12 space, that will cost anyone only $5 for another space.

I agree to indemnify the Art Club of Belleview or anyone connected with the show and exhibit and hold them harmless against all actions, claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses which, in any way may arise in connection with or resulting from Belleview Art Festival, including claims for bodily injury or death of persons, and for loss of or damage to property, whether the same is due to negligent act of omission of this organization, their agents, employees, or otherwise.

Set up for the Belleview Art Festival will be the morning of the festival. You can bring your vehicle
to your space to unload your items, but all cars must be out of the Festival booth area by 8:30 am.

Application must be in by Friday, November 5. You will be able to find out where your booth will be on Saturday when you come to set up your booth. Someone will be at the large pavilion with the booth layout and will be able to direct you to your booth space.

Please make a copy of this application for your records before sending it to Daniela.
